Black History Month is coming to an end but the beauty of my ancestors and the legacies of many more, will never end with a dedicated month. With that being said I wanted to show you fashion through some of the most beautiful black people in my life, I’m proud to say that every single one of these people are creative, driven, successful, strong and proud of how deep their roots run.

This has to be one of my favourite outfits ever, its casual, trendy,cultured but still has that edgy feel. Ash has a style that’s edgy, casual but still sexy; which fits her personality perfectly, she’s a dominant person that knows what she wants.

She has paired a cropped sweater with high waisted jeans, dainty jewelry, bunched socks and classic booties.

Rashida is what I like to call the creative go getter, unlike most artsy types she’s put together, knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to demand it. My favourite quality about Rashida has to be her confidence, she has this perfect way of projecting it on to others in efforts of making them better people, if outfits could speak, it would say exactly that.

This outfit in minimal but not boring, we both see eye to eye when it comes to style. There’s something incredibly sexy about clean cut lines and calculated layering. Rashida is wearing a black sheep skin bomber jacket over a army green drape coat and a short white shift dress, paired with white adidas originals.

Laché has the drive and grace every woman should have. She is the friend who can be your backbone, your slap in the face when you need it, your stylist, your inspiration, and the one to make you laugh when you need it the most. She has one of the biggest hearts i’ve ever come across.

Her style is minimal, clean, edgy, and trendy just like this outfit. Laché has paired a white ribbed tee under a classic denim jacket, black ripped jeans and chelsea boots.

Che is the guy you wish you were as cool as. He’s creative, fashionable, smart and makes everything look suave. His style is very classic with trendy twists, he knows how to take simple pieces and make them look amazing.

Caleef can be described in one word. passionate. I don’t think i’ve ever met anyone who can dive head first into their dreams like he does. This outfit is him in clothing form, Cultured, complex, but still cool and sharp.

I love it when people pair traditional pieces with everyday items, Caleef is wearing an authentic African Dashiki, paired with a classic jeans jacket, cargo pants a fedora and brown boots.

Adam is the definition of talented. There isn’t much that he can’t do creatively, and I say that with every ounce of envy. His style is very trendy, minimal but bold.

This outfit definitely caters to his artistic side, he has paired a geo T-shirt under a leather detailed bomber jacket, army cargo pants and black leather chelsea boots.
